Short-Term Rental
We manage the complete short-term rental process, including listing setup, pricing, reservations, guest communication, cleaning coordination and day-to-day operations.

Direct Payout Model
Rental income from booking platforms is paid directly to the property owner. Sofia Living manages the property and operations, while the owner retains direct control over the revenue. Our management fee is 18% of the net accommodation revenue.
YOUR REVENUE, DIRECTLY TO YOU
Managed Payout Model
Guest payments are collected and administered by Sofia Living. After platform commissions, agreed operating costs and our 18% management fee are deducted, the remaining amount is transferred to the owner together with a monthly financial statement.

Guaranteed Rent
For selected properties, Sofia Living may rent the property directly and pay the owner an agreed fixed monthly rent, while taking responsibility for the short-term rental operation and occupancy risk.
